Spent our Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food to choose from, and we loved the cozy fireplace in the lounge area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the thermal pools. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the discount we received for the pools with our stay.
That the showers in the room were a bit small, but overall it was still a great experience.

The hotel had a good location and was close to the train station and local attractions. the breakfast was freshly made every morning and had a good variety of food options. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to provide recommendations for nearby activities. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the hotel also had a nice terrace where you could relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The hotel lacked proper air conditioning, making the room too hot and stuffy during the day. the shower was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
